Our team of experts will included Amanda Owen from Bommarito Wines, Somellier & certified WSET and the chefs from Springfield's Italian Kitchen, Alessandro De Luca and Jennifer Morris.

Wine - Fiano Di Avellino Food - Catalana di Bamberi saltati con pomodorini confit (Seasoned & fire seared shrimp with tomatoes over lettuce)

Wine - Vermentino Food - Crema di mozzarella con pomodoro San Marzano e creama basilico (An interesting twist of caprese salad with a full roma tomato stuffed with fresh mozzarella and drizzled with a basil pesto and seasoning)

Wine - Aglianico Food - Spaghetti al pesto, ricotta e limone (A perfect summer pasta tossed in a pesto sauce topped off with a pop of citrus lemon zest)

Wine - Scaia Food -Gnocchi con fonduta di pecorino (Gnocchi with a house made sauce of cream with pecorino cheese)

Wine - Nebbiolo Food - Polpette di agnello con timo e scalogno (A seasoned lamb and pork meatball with a traditional orange salad drizzled with olive oil and herbs)
