Meet the owners
We are so glad you are here! We are Bill & LeighAnn Cassell (center), the owners of Cassell Vineyards.
Cassell Vineyards was inspired by a series of events that over time collided into a beautiful setting for weddings and wine! It started when a local vintner took us under his wing as we developed an interest in growing a vineyard. A couple years after we had established our first sector of grapes, we fell in love with the Italian countryside while celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in the Tuscany and Chianti wine regions of Italy. We returned home with plans to create the same atmosphere with our vineyard so we, and others, could enjoy it right here in our own backyard. Finally, our oldest of four daughters, who helped us plant and nurture the vineyard, was the first one to plan her enchanting wedding ceremony here! And, thus, the seed was planted.

Our hope is that you and your closest family and friends are transported to the beautiful countryside of Tuscany to celebrate love, family and community right here in Mansfield, Missouri.
