Inspired by the traditional European Christkindlmarkt, our Christmas Market is designed to create a festive holiday experience featuring local artisans, makers, artists and small businesses offering unique, handmade and specialty gifts.

Cassell Vineyards will provide each approved vendor with a festively decorated and lighted market-style booth. There is no vendor fee for the 2026 market.

This is a juried market, and applications are reviewed to create a balanced selection of vendors and product categories. Full participation in all three days is expected.

YOUR MARKET BOOTH

Cassell Vineyards will provide each approved vendor with a festively decorated and lighted market-style booth. Booth lighting is provided by Cassell Vineyards at no additional charge.

Vendors may bring merchandise and appropriate display items to arrange within their assigned booth. Large displays or additional equipment must be approved in advance.

ELECTRICAL & HEATING

Standard electrical access and booth heaters are available by advance request. The vendor booth itself will be festively decorated and lighted by Cassell Vineyards.

Electrical access and booth heaters must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. The heater fee is for the entire three-day Christmas Market and is not a daily charge.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

If you plan to sell or serve food or beverages, please provide the information below. Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any permits, licenses, food-safety approvals, sales tax registration, labeling requirements and other requirements applicable to their business and products.

INSURANCE

Vendors are responsible for maintaining any insurance, licenses, permits or other coverage required for their business and activities. Certain vendors or activities may require proof of insurance before participation.

Vendors using cooking equipment, heating equipment, open flame, specialty equipment, demonstrations, or offering products or activities that present additional liability or safety considerations may be required to provide proof of insurance. Cassell Vineyards will notify you if documentation is needed.

VENDOR ATTENDANCE & STAFFING

Full participation in all three days of the Christmas Market is expected. Vendors are responsible for staffing and managing their own booths throughout the event.

Consistent participation is important to the overall appearance and guest experience of the Christmas Market. A vendor's attendance and fulfillment of their commitment may be considered when reviewing applications for future markets.

As the Christmas Market grows, future vendor policies, participation requirements and fees may change.

BOOTH MERCHANDISE & SECURITY

Vendors may choose to leave merchandise and appropriate display items in their assigned booth between market days. The market area will be closed to the public when the Christmas Market is not operating, and no general guest traffic is expected during those hours.

Vendors who choose to leave merchandise or other property overnight do so at their own risk. Cassell Vineyards is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or disappearance of merchandise, equipment, displays or personal property left in or around a vendor booth.

Vendor Attire: Please dress appropriately for the weather and the festive Christmas market setting. Vendors are part of the overall guest experience and contribute to the atmosphere we are creating.
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2026 Cassell Vineyards Christmas Market. Applications will be reviewed and juried based on product quality, uniqueness, category balance and overall fit for the market.
