Cassell Vineyards Grand Opening Weekend

Cassell Vineyards, located east of Springfield, invites you to join us for an unforgettable weekeend as we celebrate our grand opening, themed, "Taste of Italy!" From June 16 - 18, immerse yourself in the rich flavors and cultural charm of Italy, right here in SW Missouri.  We will be open from 2 - 8 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  We have planned an array of exciting events to make your experience extraordinary with live, local muscicians, our exquisite Italian wine menu (and a couple of Italian beer options, as well), and two exclusive RSVP special events: "Taste of Italy" Wine Pairing on Firday, June 16 at 6 PM featuring expert Sommelier Amanda Owen and the culinary delights prepared by Chefs from Italian Kitchen and at 5 PM June 17, "Taste of Italy" Authentic Dinner featuring an exquisite 6 course meal for the perfect marriage of wines and carefully curated dishes.  Along with music and events , we will be offering our antipasti & wine menus all weekend.

Sunday Open 2 - 8 pm  Solo Accoustic Artist Michael Signorelli 5 - 7 PM, Special Italian Style Lunch open to the public 2 - 8 PM 

It is free to come out to the vineyard to sit and listen to music, take a tour tour and visit us. Food, beverages, and RSVP events are not free.  We have Cassell Vineyards Menu and Wine available all day.  The wine pairing is $55.00 per person for a 6 course wine pairing and the Dinner is $75.00 per person for a 6 course meal and 3 glasses of wine.  Applicable tax will be added.  No alcohol will be served to minors.  Must be 21 and above.  We check I.D.s
