The grand reveal of Chef Roland's meticulously crafted 5 course menu where each dish will showcase his signature French flair will be a few days before this exquisite dining experience. **Chef Roland can accommodate for most sensitivities but will need your special requests by 7 days prior to the date of the dinner (**notify us by phone or email by February 7, 2024).

Enjoy the art of wine appreciation as you savor wine options curated to complement the upcoming courses of fine French cuisine. Cassell Vineyards will offer a menu of wine offerings by the glass or the bottle to set the stage for a seamless transition where their selections will continue to enhance your culinary journey.*

*Wine is optional and not included with the dinner. Chef will be offering water, tea, and coffee with dessert.
